Runway View

Runway View is a multi-tenant commercial and industrial development featuring flexible spaces for a variety of businesses. In addition to constructing the facility from the ground up, ICS Construction also completed interior build-outs for two tenants, Rota Technologies and Atlas Headrest, creating functional spaces tailored to each company's needs.

Rota requested an industrial-style interior, so we incorporated plenty of steel and metal throughout. Featuring a break room with custom cabinets, exposed ceilings, dedicated 3D printing and storage space, and seamless access to the shop, this space was thoughtfully designed to fit the business's day-to-day needs.
