ICS Construction is owned and operated by Mike Obbink. Mike has extensive experience in the commercial construction industry spanning over two decades with roles and duties ranging from Steel Foremen, Site Superintendent, Project and Sr. Project Management, along with overseeing the operations of Estimating Departments and General Trades Divisions within large scale commercial environments.

At ICS, we understand that every project and client is unique, each with their own needs, requiring different solutions. We handle anything commercial construction related. No matter if its simply replacing your entry door, wondering how to add on to your existing building or contemplating a new 500,000 square foot distribution center, the first step is to meet with you to figure out what your specific needs are.

THE "EXCEEDING EXPECTATIONS" DELIVERY METHOD
In the commercial construction industry, there are many different approaches to have your projects realized and completed such as Design/Bid/Build, CM or Design/Build. While in the past we have done them all, at ICS we decided to create a new one. We call it the "Exceeding Your Expectations" delivery method. As your single point of contact, we take care of everything from an initial detailed scope definition all the way through to project completion and beyond. We assemble and coordinate a team of professionals each specializing in there own respective field of construction, to provide the highest level of quality along with accelerated timelines.
