MHS acquired this existing building and worked with ICS to completely renovate the existing 20,000 sq. ft. office and double its capacity to 40,000 sq. ft. of office space, breakrooms, and bathrooms. ICS also heavily modified the existing mechanical, electrical and data infrastructure for their new operations.
