Facing capacity limitations and a transition to the next generation of leadership, HES Equipment partnered with ICS Construction to bring a bold vision for the future to life.
With no city water available, the building had to be thoughtfully constructed with fire partitions and fire walls to maintain safety and code compliance, along with future growth in mind.
Designed entirely by ICS Construction, the project evolved from an original napkin-sketch concept into a custom-built, state-of-the-art facility that reflects the company's growth and commitment to customer satisfaction.
