As the original owner began phasing out of the business and his son prepared to take over, the family decided it was time for a new facility. Having built their original facility in 2000, ICS Construction was proud to come full circle and build them a new, state-of-the-art facility designed to support the next generation of the business.


This project features large front glass over head doors, high efficiency IMP wall panels and TPO rubber roof. Custom designed by ICS from the initial concept (ICS’s own creative design).
